Shari was assigned to help me and my family. We definitely could not have been any luckier. We started talking business just weeks before I was about to end my deployment in which case, I was able to stop over in Hawai'i for about a week. She immediately went to work upon assignment sending me tons of prospects. Furthermore, she helped eliminate ones I brought to the table ensuring we did not waste any valuable time and effort.

Once we had a list, she was ready to meet with me immediately. I landed on island during the weekend but she guaranteed me time throughout the following days and shifted her schedule around to meet my needs. We looked intensively at openings and scouring the areas for listings that may have not been up just yet and brand new. Even after spending all day searching and driving from city-city/town-town, I'd sometimes want to go back to certain listings to try and narrow down the selection. She had no problem driving out after the fact to make sure I saw everything I wanted/needed to see.

We then finally locked in our sights on a house. She walked me through the entire process where I was able to place an offer on a home the day I left. The entire beginning of the process was so seamless that the same night I arrived back home from deployment, my wife and I were delighted with amazing news that our offer was accepted!

Since then to closing she was with us every step of the way even though we were divided by thousands of miles of open water. A three-hour time difference may not seem so bad but when we are the ones ahead and ready to get going early in the mornings and all that it entails with home-buying, she was quick to respond even though she should still be asleep.

We could write more but it wouldn't do Shari any justice as to how painless and easy she made everything for us. Because of her amazing skillset in the market and care for the clients, we achieved something we thought wouldn't be a possibility. First time homeowners in our mid-20's and what better location than Hawai'i of all places to make it a reality. Could not have done it without her!

We started preparing for our move to Oahu 7 months before we actually moved, and Shari helped us every step of the way, from our initial home showings/island tour all over to give us an idea of what area we wanted to move to, through multiple homes we thought might be "the one", until we found our perfect beach haven on the wonderful North Shore!
